Because my district for the Hunger Games game is 6 (transportation) I decided to make an outfit inspired by an airplane. The panels are supposed to sort of resemble a plane, and are remote controlled, with fans underneath the wings blowing out cool air. It's also slightly reminiscent of a bird, or an angel. The hair and makeup is very clean, extremely minimalistic (to go with the outfit)
